Responsibilities:
• Schedule customer pick-ups and deliveries
• Advocate customer needs to the internal Planning and Operations
• Perform data entry to accurately input customers’ inbound/outbound inventory shipments as well as billing, all in a timely manner, via HUB and supply chain management system
• Maintain an active dialogue with transportation clients regarding status of shipments to/from facilities
• Answer customer emails, phone calls and face-to-face interactions quickly and efficiently using business professional etiquette
• Send inventory report monthly resolve discrepancies
• Resolve customer concerns promptly. or escalate to supervisor
• Daily use of QuickBooks for invoicing and accounting purposes.
• Responsible for dispatching, inbound and outbound transportation local, and out of state.
