I am a driven NCS Associate Specialist at Paycom, adept at complex problem-solving and fostering relationships, excels in task prioritization and verbal communication. Proven track record in teamwork, meeting deadlines, and exceeding in my KPI. Skilled in blending analytical prowess with interpersonal skills to exceed my employer expectations. I have shown that I am dedicated to my work at Paycom and to my team, I truly believe I would be a right candidate for the Senior role.
Customer Focus:
In my time here, I have made it a personal goal to put my internal clients first, for example, I have built strong and trustworthy relationships with a lot of the CORE Specialist and TL’s that I have worked with. I make it a point to be helpful and kind to those I work with. For external clients, I make it a point to get my tasks completed on time for them and to make sure that my work is clean and accurate, to ensure that CORE can have a smooth process moving further with the client.
Decision Quality.
With the fast-paced and intricate environment Paycom is, I feel it is important that making decision that are proactive and good for the team comes natural to me. Most decisions are based upon managing others and myself to keep the team and organization moving forward, I believe I have shown that in the ways that I manage the TDL and the way that I manage my own time. For example, when CORE TL Katelyn had rushed YTD entries that needed done before end of day, the team and I decided to divide and conquer the entries and were able to complete all of them on time.
Action Oriented
My time as Paycom has been filled with taking action, I was the only NCS Associate to be hired during my time, so I self-taught myself through zoom recordings and using my resources, climbing myself up to have some of the highest KPI numbers. I took on the task of managing the TDL, as well as growing my knowledge by learning how to format. Doing all of these, while maintaining enthusiasm.
Plans & Aligns
During Quarter 4, there were many challenging codes that I took on, I planned for overtime as well as prioritized my tasks that were most important for the team and client to complete. I have always been flexible and able to go with the flow on most urgent tasks that need completed and have stepped up many times to handle them.
For example, Daniel’s code 15837 - All Star Management, my team found ourselves in a deep dive into this workload of this code, I was one of the one’s who stepped up worked late as well as weekends. That code had many challenges but thanks to the communication from ASPs to CORE we were able to move that code forward.
Ensure Accountability
I find that I hold full responsibility for my work, I am quick to fix mistakes and not to dwell. There is nothing here that can’t be fixed with a little guidance. If I am asked of something, I am punctual and can assure my team member that what they ask of me will be done and done to the best of my abilities. There is nothing in this workplace that can’t be completed with resources and correct time management, and I hold myself and my team members to that standard.
Collaborates
Collaborating is one of my favorite parts of this job, I have built and maintained great relationships with people in the ASP department as well as other in the CORE department, I feel confident in being able to work with anyone across the departments and knowing the work will get done. I have no issues using others as a resource to seek out answers and solutions.
Communicates Effectively
Communication is key, I have found that taking a respectful and kind approach get the best out of any scenario. I feel that I communicate clearly and effectively. If there is a chance that my effort can be misconstrued, I am the first to go in person to clear any mistakes and to keep the process moving forward. In my recommendation letters it is clear that I keep communication and relationships as top priorities.
Instills Trust
Through my thorough and accurate work I have instilled a lot of trust with many ASP and CORE members. My team members are comfortable and trust me enough to come to with questions, specifically with the YTD and EDV Tasks. For example, I have helped train both Ieva and Natasha on the EDV process. I am a punctual teammate; someone that my team can count on to be here and take care of tasks that are assigned to me, as well as help others in need.
Self-Development
Ever since starting at Paycom, I made it very clear that continuing to grow my knowledge was very important to me. There are many ways I am doing that, right now I am actively learning Formatting, managing the TDL, volunteering for the coffee chats and applying to be apart of the Culture Committee.
Situational Adaptability
For my team, I feel that I am a go to person if there is a task that will need someone to make sacrifices to complete, that can be staying late or managing difficult codes. Code 15837 is a great example; I was one of the team members who worked the weekends and stayed late during the weekdays. We found ways to adapt to the complicated YTD’s from the client and hand keyed the YTD’s to ensure the work was done accurately and with care.
My KPI has stayed in Exceeding ever since I reached it, I have been consistent in my KPI.
