• Oversees reports and documents like absence logs, health checks, ratios, meals, and more
• Responds professionally to all Brightwheel messages from families
• Develops and implements lesson plans tailored to curriculum, children's interests, and assessments
• Includes accommodations for exceptionalities noted on plans
