As a Retail Sales Mobile Expert, I help customers choose phones, plans, and accessories that fit their needs. I assist with setting up new devices, transferring data, troubleshooting basic phone or account issues, and explaining promotions or trade-in offers. I also work to meet sales goals by recommending products and services while providing good customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Expert Chopr: This position is based on training new members, it executes the CHOPT hourly training program including the use of training tools, follows the layout of the training program, complete daily report cards including documenting and discussing honest, critical feedback with the trainee and ensure position certification or communicates poor fit to the management.

• Prepare venue for wedding receptions.
• Greet and direct guests to their assigned seats.
• Check in with guests and assist them with any needs or concerns.
• Make menu recommendations, serve dinner and drinks, and ensure guests are having an exceptional experience.
• Attend to Bride & Groom and ensure their special day exceeds all expectations.
• Walk through venue during and after event for cleanliness in preparation for next wedding.
