- Working as a preschool teacher has been one of the most enriching and rewarding experiences of my professional life. Every day represents a new challenge and, at the same time, an opportunity to learn and grow together with my students.
- I've learned the importance of patience, empathy, and creativity. Young children require constant attention and great sensitivity to understand their emotions and needs. I have developed skills to create a safe and stimulating environment where children can explore, the development of activities, the implementation of lesson plans following educational standards, and the needs of the children to help them in their development, play, and learn at their own pace. I encourage children to learn, stimulating their curiosity and helping them overcome challenges, always showing that mistakes are opportunities to improve. I maintain an energetic and positive attitude, actively participating in all classroom activities, and conveying enthusiasm to my students.
- Collaboration with parents and colleagues is essential. I maintain constant communication with families to share their children's progress and work together on their development. In addition, teamwork with other teachers has allowed me to exchange ideas and improve my pedagogical practices.
