Provides students with Learning Disabilities (including Autism, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and Dyslexia)
with personal transition services within thriving community to ensure career success or college enrollment post high school graduation. Assists school staff with legal affairs pertaining to student incidents/conflicts. Relay peer issues of concerns to the treatment team and clinical leadership as appropriate. Assists in linking students to services that will assist them toward meeting their career goals. Documents student information and individual student evaluations within the electronic records within a timely fashion.
