  • Government services were overhauled, reviewing and reorganizing over 4,000 federal government accounts in order to verify the identity and compliance of all registrants, resulting in a 60% reduction in erroneous billings. This project also resulted in the streamlining of billing to the 40% of accounts that were verifiable and correct.
  • Pending accounts overhaul, reviewed, reclassified, and updated approximately 7,500 pending accounts, resulting in over 500 new accounts being billed that were previously unbillable.
  • The procedure handbook surveyed and worked individually with every team member in the Violations Enforcement Section to create a set of procedures for each data analysis specialty, which set the standard for a comprehensive department procedure handbook for five different roles.
  • I consistently receive additional special projects from my CAI Team Leader, Violations Enforcement Manager, which are requested by external departments and agencies (e.g., invoice review for customers).
