I am currently a Human Services Caseworker Manager with the Department of Human Services in Rock Island County. Previously, I was a Human Services Caseworker with 13 years of experience. I am knowledgeable in Snap, Medical, and Tanf assistance programs and policy. I have had extensive training and experience with the Integrated Eligibility System(IES). I have used IES from it's beginnings in 2017 to interview clients and process their applications, redeterminations, and Midpoint reports. I have demonstrated to be able to work independently as well as in a team. I would like to continue my career with the State of Illinois by providing excellent and professional customer service to both clients and staff.
