I am pursuing an Industrial-Organizational Psychology degree track with a dual major in International Relations and Psychology, focused on understanding human behavior in organizational and global contexts. My interdisciplinary background allows me to analyze leadership, motivation, and performance across diverse, cross-cultural environments. As a first-generation college student interested in organizational leadership, I am motivated to apply data-driven and human-centered approaches to improve workplace effectiveness, employee well-being, and inclusive organizational practices in global, nonprofit, and government settings.
