Projects

University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Internship — During my internship, I assisted Health Educators with rounding of stroke, postpartum, antepartum, smoking, heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, and pneumonia patients. We encouraged these patients to seek many resources that were provided on campus to bring their health back to its full potential. My personal project consisted of providing postpartum patients resources they could utilize that would aid in the prevention of postpartum depression and the symptoms that are associated with it.
