In my role as Operations Supervisor, I ensure that all safety checks and procedures are accurately completed for rides. Collaborating with fellow supervisors, I lead a team responsible for the timely opening of rides each day. I train team members on emergency protocols and proper ride operation, prioritizing guest safety at all times. My primary objective is to minimize downtime and ensure rides are operational before the park opens. I instill the company mantra of being friendly, clean, fast, safe, and service-oriented in all team interactions.

While working at the drive-thru, I learned to provide great customer service by taking orders and answering questions in a friendly way. I got good at multitasking, handling the cash register and preparing food at the same time to keep things running smoothly. I paid close attention to details to make sure orders were correct and customers were happy. I also learned to stay calm and positive during busy times. Overall, I worked well with my teammates to ensure customers had a good experience.
