During my class of human sexuality I would actively engage in group discussions by clearing my perspective and responding to others viewpoints. During my time in this course both me and my peers actively focused on identifying root causes of issues, developing preventive strategies, and proposing solutions to complex societal problems. As i have demonstrated adaptability by successfully enrolling in different classes that required new subjects and learning styles such as introduction to black African American, English 1A, and Economics 3 and 5. As all of these classes required critical thinking and problem solving since in the class of introduction to black African American I would watch videos about how black people were treated poorly and the professor would ask me how I feel and how can we better this situation.
My past work experience and courses at San Joaquin delta college have helped me gain valuable skills in communication, problem solving, adaptive, and team work. The last two jobs I have were both on a team efficient where commutation and problem solving was required and that's where I learn. As well as during my involvement in the following courses ETHNS 35, Bio 30, Economics 5, and History 30.
