Safety Care Certified

Safety Care is a program designed to prevent injuries, in the workplace when working with highly aggressive consumers. Safety Care uses positive reinforcement strategies to prevent dangerous behavior when possible and de escalate consumers to return them to baseline. When the safest manner to manage a situation is to restrain a consumer, Safety Care teaches you to do so safely while promoting and keeping the consumers dignity. As a Certified Trainer, I am responsible for the safety of my staff as well as to ensure they are taught the most effective way to perform the Safety Care procedures
