  • Responsible for one of the company's largest worldwide brands and the top 3 in retail sales in Brazil.
  • Manage the brand planning process, demand forecasting, budget allocation, and execution of strategies for different partners and channels.
  • Develop PR strategies to combat fake news about the products, specially Ozempic and its usage, fake options available, and wrong indications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Events, Field Force, Medical, Access, Legal, and Regulatory, to achieve best-in-class execution.
  • Drive the strategic and tactical brand approach within the sales force, motivating, providing materials, and training the team (110 people).

Coming back from the rotations, I was able to choose the area I would like to work and the Diabetes team was the perfect position to apply my knowledge from the headquarters and Panamá and make a difference.

  • Part of the Rybelsus pre-launch process with the challenge of planning a product launch during the Covid pandemic
  • Responsible for the communication strategy for Ozempic, thinking strategically about how to position both brands.
  • Developed digital strategies and new ways of interaction as face-to-face was not an option at the moment.

Responsible for Ozempic pre-launch process in Central America, working on the cross-functional planning, tracking activities in 10 different countries and regulations, managing pre-launch funding, and developing the communication plan.


  • 2nd rotation: Novo Nordisk HQ, Denmark, Rybelsus team

Under PSP strategy, created a patient materials portfolio for different regions, develop microsites and app and ensured pharmacy engagement actions.


  • 1st rotation: Brazil, Saxenda team

Ensure successful launch of Saxenda Care, support Saxenda's market expansion in other medical specialties and collaborate with obesity market development to raise awareness of the disease in Brazil, creating campaigns for different channels.
