As a senior registered behavior technician I am responsible for providing direct one on one instruction to clients including skill acquisition and problem behavior management. Design programs, oversee treatment implementation, supervise and train junior staff.

  • Develop and implement treatment interventions based on empirical assessments and basic principles of applied behavior analysis .
  • Conduct developmental assessments (VB-MAPP, EFL, ABLLS-R).
  • Provide one on one staff training using behavioral skills training and ongoing supervision.
