As a senior registered behavior technician I am responsible for providing direct one on one instruction to clients including skill acquisition and problem behavior management. Design programs, oversee treatment implementation, supervise and train junior staff.

• Develop and implement treatment interventions based on empirical assessments and basic principles of applied behavior analysis .
• Conduct developmental assessments (VB-MAPP, EFL, ABLLS-R).
• Provide one on one staff training using behavioral skills training and ongoing supervision.
• Collect data and analyze the graphs.
• Assist in parent training sessions.
• Prevented instances of maladaptive behavior escalation using de-escalation techniques while maintaining a safe environment for both staff members and clients alike.
• Observed, monitored and recorded problem behaviors through accurate behavior-consequence data collection, graphs, and anecdotal notes.

As a registered behavior technician, I provided one on one early intensive behavioral intervention in the clinical setting. I implemented programs with the supervision of a BCBA using prompting strategies and problem behavior management.
