I workout out 5-6 times a week, and have been on a home improvement project rampage lately.
I'll mix in free weights and some "band work" with my cardio workouts. I've fallen down the rabbit hole of home projects in the last year: replacing the nasty wire pantry shelves with wood shelves, building library shelves, constructing raised garden beds and anti-critter perimeter fencing, new vanities, and floating shelves.
