I recently graduated with a degree in IT and have experience helping customers with technical issues. I’m eager to become a data analyst and have a strong background in software development, IT support, and managing data. Moreover, solving real-world problems and using data is critical in improve decision-making. I’m well equipped at managing databases and have experience with programming languages like C# and SQL, as well as using Access and Excel for data analysis. Furthermore, I aim to help organizations work more efficiently and improve performance. Therefore, I look to grow my skills and contribute to advanced research in Data Analysis through further education.
