• Project Management for Global Pharmaceutical Client: Design and roll-out US-based Project Management Office (PMO) by developing tools & templates, formalizing processes and ways of working and up-skilling team. Provide project management, process and change expertise for IT system implementation projects.
• Process & Change Management Consultant for Fortune 10 Pharmaceutical Distribution Client: Helped design and roll-out a Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE). Established roles & responsibilities and new ways of working. Developed implementation plan, new processes and tools. Created materials and strategies to build awareness and excitement around new CoE.

• Program & Change Advisory for Biotech Informatics Group: Worked with leadership and product teams to scope, design and implement vision. Tracked risks, issues, interdependencies and project health. Partnered with change management team to develop standard change management toolkit to support roll-out of new technologies to 1200+ scientists and researchers. Created communications announcing technology launch, hosted Q&A sessions and developed training portal, training videos and other educational collateral.
• Process Improvement Lead for COVID trials: Worked with 10 hospitals across U.S. to identify improvement opportunities to reduce trial screening time in adaptive trial platform for repurposed and investigational agents. Conducted stakeholder interviews to gather input to future state process design. Worked with Change Lead to create personas and change tactics.
• Program and Change Management Lead for Healthcare Provider: Worked with physical security leaders to design and implement standardized security risk assessments impacting ~3000 physical security staff across hospitals in 8 U.S. regions. Project managed 24 assessments. Developed training materials and communications to prepare security team for new way to conduct hospital assessments.
