04-02-2025 technical Operator AR Coating:

• Lens preparation: Wash, sort, inspect and prepare the lenses for the AR Coating process, making sure they are clean and free of dust or debris.
• Equipment operation: Handle and operate coating equipment, such as backside coating machines and curing furnaces, to apply and dry the AR layers.
• Quality control: Visually inspect the lenses after the process to detect and reject any defects in the coating, ensuring the quality of the final product.
• Maintenance and cleaning: Perform basic maintenance of the machines, which includes the cleaning of exterior and interior parts, to keep the workstation clean and organized and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.
• Production tracking: Meet hourly and shift production goals, and record relevant data to analyze performance and improve processes.
• Safety and compliance: Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and the handling of corrosive materials.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure business needs are met and to support different stations within the AR department when necessary.
