It is a four day program with a final test of knowledge for the hires to know where they are struggling. This way no information is left out and they are completely prepared to get on the floor and serve our guests. Tasting room to production, 2022, Present, A program where our serves become cross trained in the company by training with our production to learn how the meadery's products are made. This program was made so our staff can be completely comfortable and excited to explain to guests our wonderful process of mead making.
