Robotics

I was part of the robotics team at St. Mary's Academy for all four years. During my time on the team I learned how to come up with ideas in order to complete a task, as well as how to fix and come up with different ideas to solve problems we may stumble upon while completing said task. I also learned how to work with others and how to discuss with people outside of my own team in order to make plans on how to complete the task that was given to us. I also learned on how to adapt when things wouldn't go as planned and how to stay calm under pressure, as well as how to fix things quickly and effectively when something did go wrong. I learned how to multi-task effectively while my time on the team as well, and often did to heavy lifting when it was needed.
