As a retail associate, I ensure that every customer finds the items they need and provide advice on how to use products for various occasions. I also serve as the main cashier, handling returns and go-backs. My goal is to make sure every customer receives excellent service. Additionally, I assist with replenishment, shipments, and visual merchandising. I also have knowledge of key performance metrics, including Conversion, ADS, UPT, WTD, MTD, YTD, and LY Sales.

We work to find solutions for our customers' needs. My duties also include working as a cashier and assisting in the fitting room. At the end of the day, I make sure that all items are returned to their proper sections.
