In charge of identifying, analyzing and implementing value optimization opportunities to reduce all types of costs throughout the value chain of automotive components (planning, desig-ning, engineering, manufacturing, assembling, handling, servicing, recycling, reusing), and coordinate with customer related areas for assurance the adopt for the Cost reduction ideas.

· In charge of manufacturing Bill of materials by assuring parts specification from R&D to manufacturing process.

· In charge of coordinate the Engineering change implementation since Issued by R&D and adoption with supplier and OEM manufacturing Plant.

· Leader team in charge of engineering changes adoption (VO, Localization, Parts Modification, etc) since issued by R&D to adoption on manufacturing Line with all involved plant areas (Process Engineering, Parts Quality Assurance, Vehicular Quality Assurance, Material Handling, Industrial Engineering & IT for all commodities) according with Nissan and Daimler methodology.

· In charge to coordinate and create the procedures for related area according ISO 19001:2015 normativity.

• In charge of supplier Management since selection, development, and Mass Production by assuring process and product according to ANPQP methodology (including ASES and ASAS-P audits) for Nissan Part Suppliers.
• In charge of customer claims related to parts by analyzing issue parts and stablishing quick and final countermeasures at supplier process using different statistics quality controls (Ishikawa diagram, 6 M´s, Pareto diagram, 5 why´s, Process Charts, Cp and Cpk index) and/ or part modifications ( In contrubution with R&D)
• In charge of PCR/ FSCR supplier change management, since idea by supplier trough adoption at supplier and Nissan production line.
• Team for new Nissan projects (Sentra, Versa Note, Kicks) by assuring the Supplier manufactured process and parts. (ANPQP methodology
• In charge of identify, analyze and implemented ideas for cost reduction (Valued Optimization) and stablish on parts and implement on assembly line (Nissan Plant)
• In following commodities:

+ Trim Parts : CPM module (Combi Meeter, HVAC System, Air Bags, Steering Wheel, Combi Switch, Glove Box, Steering Member, Main Harness, Audio System, Navi System and Trim Parts). Pilar Garnish, Sunvisors, Headlining, Door Finishers, Seats, Carpet.

+ Chasis Parts: Exhaust System, Heat Insul, Stering member (Axle system), Door Handles, WaterStrip, Booster Break system.

• ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, ASAS-P, ANPQP Specialist (Internal/ External auditor).
• Knowledge on JIS NDS NES Normativity.

* In charge of creating the Bill Of Materials for casting shop and stablish the correct process flow for assurance that the part meets customer specifications, Working together with involved areas such as Vendor Tooling, Research and Development, Supplier Change Management (SCM) and industrial Engineering.
