o Manage all project implementation phases, tasks, and timelines of software implementation team

o Write end user training documents and SOP's

Ongoing client and internal Operations Support:
o Troubleshoot any system issues
o Validate data integrity when needed
o Resolve any transmission/connection issues
o Maintain Business Requirement Documents and update Policies and Procedures Documents

SAP, SX, WMS-TWL Power user lead and Operations support:
o Support IT Team in the planning and implementation of both the upgrade of finance system SX and new TWL warehouse management system
o Became “champion”/ Power User, and SME of both new systems
o Complete UAT testing
o Train all end users on all systems, functions, and procedures
o Identify common problems, and implement new procedures for all connecting departments to help resolve system/procedural issues and gaps

Inventory management:

o Research and resolve all inventory imbalances between the finance systems (SAP and SX) and the warehouse system TWL
o Resolve any billing errors with customer service and finance teams

• SAP Operations Support Power User:
o Supported IT in the scoping and design process of major SAP Implementation Project by outlining and documenting required end user functionality needs and processes for multiple departments
o Designed and implemented new custom SAP functionality that helped drastically improve efficiency productivity for Logics and Warehouse teams. Estimated savings of combined 80 hrs of labor per week
o Created various layouts in reporting tools for the Business to view data more efficiently for different teams
o Completed EDI testing/validation for data transfers/idocs between all systems
o Wrote all User Guides and SOP's for several teams
• Reviewed full truck plans/LTL plans created by 3rd party TMS to ensure maximum savings in freight costs
• Build and review RFQ's and negotiate rates with carriers
• Ensure carrier compliance and SLA's are being met
• Generate/review KPI reports to ensure orders are being optimized for shipping and freight savings
• Advise Trade service group on best logistical plans to meet customer commit dates, full truck capacities to maximize freight shipping and savings, and notify on over-capacity limits
• Coordinate with all nationwide and international warehouses on all loading instructions
• Work with Finance Dept: File claims, complete the invoicing process, review carrier invoices and payments

• Analyze lab results against testing data
• Generate and edit analytical sequence results from the lab, and finalize client reports
