Duties: provides advice to regional management on improving the quality of customer service; considers letters, appeals and complaints of citizens, and enterprises, institutions and organizations related to retail business and quality of service and prepares answers to them; participates in monitoring the application of normative and methodical documents that regulate the work of Oschadbank institutions in matters of their activities in the retail business; interacts with the structural divisions of the bank's central apparatus on matters of activity related to the Department's competence; performs an analysis of regulatory documents of the National Bank of Ukraine and internal regulatory documents related to banking activities; ensures proper reporting (informing) regarding risk management in part of its functional responsibilities
Job responsibilities: greeting customers when they come to the bank's outlet in accordance with corporate standards; finding out from customers the purpose of their visit to the bank's outlet; queue management, distribution of customers to service areas (ATM, ITT, cash desk, manager, etc.). Compliance with customer service quality standards; informing each customer about the possibility and benefits of conducting transactions not at the bank's cash desk, but without queuing through an IT system or ATM; selling banking products/services.
Job responsibilities: receives, processes and issues all types of domestic and international mail. Receives and issues money transfers, pays pensions and allowances. Processes incoming mail (parcels, insurance bags). Prepares received mail and money orders for dispatch. Packs insurance bags with outgoing and complies with the requirements of regulations on labor and environmental protection, adheres to the norms, methods and techniques for safe work performance.
Job responsibilities: preparation and drafting of enforcement proceedings documents, participation in receiving visitors, ensuring record keeping and archiving, without the right to sign enforcement proceedings documents, submitting them and receiving them upon presentation of a certificate, fulfilling other instructions of the private enforcement officer in cases under proceedings, except for those related to the procedural powers (rights and obligations) of the private enforcement officer.
Job responsibilities: searching for legal information on the subject matter specified by the lawyer using legal databases, archives, and other sources. Analyzing the information found and preparing lists of the most relevant tasks to the subject matter of the regulations. Familiarization with the list of adopted and enacted legal acts using databases and specialized legal publications. Drafting legal documents (contracts, inquiries, claims and complaints) of small volume and complexity and submitting them to a lawyer for correction and approval. Traveling to state and judicial authorities, local governments, and third-party organizations to resolve simple legal issues (submitting and receiving documents, obtaining clarifications, and performing other legal actions). Keeping records of legal documents. Reporting to a lawyer on the results of their work.
