My responsibilities are to deliver packages to residential and company locations while maintaining on-time delivery and securing safety for the product/package.

• Provide excellent customer service, to ensure customers' concerns and instructions are being heard.

I was in charge of many responsibilities.

• I was an opener for the store for the guest advocate team.
• Every morning I would be in charge of handling the store money, getting the money prepared for the next day, and making sure the money gets distributed back to the machine to keep count.
• I would have to make sure I had the extra change locked up in front of the store and have the team's schedule and breaks written down before the store opens at 8am.
• I would be at the service desk that was responsible for returns, payments, any order pick up, defecting items that were destroyed, checking out guests, and running the floor.
• Running the floor was my duty to make sure our team was in the right spot and doing their job and relieving them for their break.
• I had to make sure guests were moving and there wasn't a long line.
• I was also a trainer, I would train a lot of new team members.
• I would show them the way the store runs and what their responsibilities were.
• I would also cover for different departments in the store like fulfillment and I would close as well.

At Disney, I was responsible for taking orders, guiding the guests to the window, assembling the plates, and delivering the orders to the guests.

• I handled cash and cards.
• I always interact with guests and assist with their every need.
• During closing shifts, I would cash out my register, meaning I would log in and count the cash to ensure the right amount for the register is still at $400.00, and the profit cash is put away in a secure bag and ready to be dropped off.
• I would also do carts onstage (in Disney), meaning taking orders at my own station with one other coworker.
• I would be in charge of having everything in stock with food products or merchandise.
• Every day, I would be responsible for showing up with my costume on to look presentable.

• Pick up from local restaurants and deliver the orders to customers.
• My duty was to keep orders secured and safe, and to be in contact with the customers.
• Complete on-time deliveries by choosing the best and most efficient routes.
• Handle customer concerns and issues effectively and approach to maintain satisfaction.
• Well following all company policies and procedures during shifts.

As a Crew Trainer, I managed a variety of positions in the work field.

• I would be a cashier in the lobby or drive-thru, a runner-up, in the kitchen, or hosting.
• My duties were to greet customers with a smile when they came in, take orders, collect payments, recommend new products, and make sure to always close the register.
• I would also prepare the food, package the food, and hand it to the customer while cleaning and restocking products.
• I would train new crew members on how to work the cash register and monitor their performance.
• All this is in a fast-paced environment.
