The utility operator has to be trained on five certified jobs.

My jobs were:

Peeler Operator, ADR Operator, Line Attendant

Line Operator and Quality Grader.

Experience:

Peeler Operator - Changes the peeling statement, steam time, load size, and sends potatoes to processing.

ADR Operator - adjusting the machines to control the defects on the potatoes.

Line Attendant - making sure the temperature and sizing are in grade for the potatoes being run.

Line Operator - changing film, making sure lines are running, fixing errors on machines, checking metal detectors, case code, and bag codes.

• Supervised a team of QA Graders in executing all phases of testing activities.

• Accurately graded tests and assignments according to criteria established by the QA Lead.
