I control the length,width and height of the protein bars as they come down the line. I use controls on the computer screen to make these adjustments to targeted standard. I am responsible for Quality control of the product as it goes down the line. i communicate with the rest of the team what adjustments need to be made to ensure the product is within targeted parameters. I clean my station on a weekly basis due to changes in allergens.

I helped open and close up the restaurant with other employees/manager. Myself and other employees worked together to take orders from the drive-threw window, taking call-in orders while assisting walk-in customers as well.
