Singapore Airlines is one of the top rated airlines in the world know for their service. Annually, they recognize employees and service partners who excel in their field of service. I was chosen in 2007 as an individual awardee for an exceptional case involving a group of high profile business executives who I assisted in making their flight because of an inbound delay. This saved their important meeting overseas that they couldn't miss and with much coordination on the ground made it to their destination.
In 2017, I represented Los Angeles as the recipient of a team award. This time it was a team effort in providing assistance to a stretcher passenger connecting to another airline who had some challenges with the arrangements for their uplift on the connecting airline.
