As a night manager i work with my employees to make sure we make a high performing team.

I build relationships and spend time developing the next set of promotions. I handle customer interactions good or bad and i make sure my shifts run smoothly. I overlook the merchandise, out of stocks, planograms, assets, vendor communication, and talent development of the store. I set projects that will help improve the store and make it a priority to fulfill them with my co workers. Overall my goal is to have our store looking its best and to Buc-ee’s standard, and to express great customer service and professionalism.

I maintained a safe environment by enforcing safety protocols and policies. As an operator assistant i performed inspections on machinery and monitored levels in the operating room. If anything was not working accordingly i was expected to communicate the issue with designated employees and work with them to solve the problem. I also worked in the office making sure all paperwork and permits were in order.

I managed invoices, pay points and money logs for the store. I implemented my knowledge as a cashier to help out at the front registers. I spent time working with planograms and out of stocks to communicate with vendors on products that were needed. Overall i put effort into the organization and administration of the store.

I greeted customers and helped them with any needs. Worked the POS and executed any extra tasks that were given to me. Had great customer service and communication skills throughout.
