I have over 20 years experience in the car business with 10 of those years being with the finance department. I have worked in many departments and have experience from the receptionist position, to the warranty administrator and to accounting. My responsibilites include assisting the finance department with down payments, rebates, and anything else the department is in need of help with. I also work with cancellations of the finance products. This includes canceling and keeping a log of everything that is done so I can report back to management.
