- Conducts customer complaint investigations to find root causes, using investigation methodologies and statistical data analysis.
- Recommends or escalates the need for adjustments to product design, manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems as a result of metrics or investigations.
- Ensuring complaint investigation are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback from the investigation conducted to the RCC (Regional Complaints Center) team regarding the conclusions of complaint investigations.
- It proposes containment or mitigation actions in conjunction with the MFT or MRB groups.
- Maintain constant communication with the RCC (Regional Complaints Center) and DCHU (Designated Complaint Handling Unit) groups to expedite complaint investigations.
- Provides metrics, trend analysis, technical support, and responses to internal and external customers for issues within their area of responsibility.
- Escalate to the CAPA system corrective actions that require a systemic solution.
- Support or train other less experienced colleagues with their documentation and records.
- Categorize and analyze complaint data to provide better visibility to senior management and other departments as needed. (This requires extensive product knowledge.)
- Organize, prepare, and present information through a platform related to complaints to senior quality management.
