• Complete final account statements for previous residents
• Assists with the resolution of resident issues and complaints
• Implement renewal and retention policies
• Post rental payments, code and pay invoices, prepare monthly billing for each apartment, adjust delinquent accounts, settle delinquent accounts, prepare late notices and file evictions
• Maintains customer service and excellent relations with residents, resident cooperatives, outside agencies and organizations
• Keep in contact with vendors to ensure they have to right purchase order numbers and bills are being sent to the right department.
• Ensure the timely completion reports (MMR, Variance Reports, etc.)
• Enhancing the quality of life for residents by organizing and promoting community events/parties
• Effectively help manage leasing team
• Provide superior resident services, solve day-to-day problems and maintain good relations with residents
• Take maintenance service requests from residents and follow-up on service calls, keeping and filing all copies and related documentation
• Inspect show apartments and model appearance daily
