• It was 12 hours day shift, 7am -7pm and my job was mostly to provide patients care. Get report from the night shift aid. After the report I then go ahead to check patients vital signs. Provide basic patient's care by bathing/shower, & grooming, change bedding's and assist in feeding patients. As a STNA, i also documents the activities of daily living in patient's charts and communicates any updates in patients to the careteam.

Served as the evening aide and completed nightly rounds. Administered care to elderly patients in a long-term care facility. Duties included bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, take and record patient's vital signs two times a time. Report any changes in patient's condition to the RN. Change and empty colostomy bags. Empty Foley catheter.
