  • Bakery: Keep Record of inventory and making sure to order enough product. Fulfill special orders over the phone and in person. Bake products according to company standards. Decorate cakes.
  • Bookkeeper: Record previous sales into the computer software. Make sure cashiers registered were counted and maintained properly. Make sure that the store was equipped with enough cash flow to keep each days tasks running properly.
  • Assistant Customer Service Manager: Make schedules using computer software for all current customer service associates to maintain a properly scheduled department. Track sales or the department. Oversee that customer service associates are maintaining proper practice to company standards. Take customer complaints and handle them properly.
  • Hannaford To Go Assistant Manager: Work with corporate and other agencies to start the Hannaford To Go program. Run conference calls and oversee daily operations to make sure that all of the areas of the program were running properly and calling appropriate agencies to problem solve and get resolution.
