Answered inbound calls, helped owners book vacations and understand their ownership. Within 7 months a position opened up for a supervisor I put in for it and got it. I still answered inbound calls some of these calls would be from my collogues asking questions I would guide them by having them screen share with me or me screen share with them. If owners were upset I would take over the call and had a 95% success rate of deescalating the call and making the owner happy. I was number one Owner service Rep for 19 months in row. I came up with a pitch for PPP with was for the owners to put insurance on their points for a vacation booked. This script was shared in team meeting and even at events. I maintained perfect attendance as well. All of upper management had my cell phone number incase they were short on supervisors they would text me and ask if I was home and mind helping out I never said no. I am really good with people. A few systems I worked with was AS400, Salesforce, Excel, work along with several others.
