Ms. N'Da has more than 23 years of experience in project management 12 years in managing and monitoring Build-Own-transfer (BOT) infrastructure projects for the Government of Cote d'Ivoire while in BNETD. She also has 13 years of experience managing the financial and budgeting aspects of all CDC cooperative agreements for PEPFAR.
From 2012 to the present, She earned the position of Financial Analyst, responsible for all financial aspects of CDC Cooperative Agreements. My main tasks are technical assistance to partners regarding financial aspects, audit assessment, and budget planning during PEPFAR COP planning process by preparing and submitting financial tools such as FAST, PASIT, and End of fiscal year tool and any other financial information regarding COP planning.
She is an expert and the point of contact for Partners' annual Expenditure Reporting process since 2014, by monitoring document preparation and submission in DATIM system.
She has also served as CDC Point of contact for Human Resources for Health since 2021 and participated in the 2023 HHS HRH Cohort, an intensive ten weeks of training on Human Resources for Health and HHS.
She is managing a portfolio of 12 prime partners, both local and international, working with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Women, Family and Children, and the Institute of Pasteur as host country government/organizations.
She is a quick learner with excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office 360, web-based databases, and electronic filing. She is a consummate professional, passionate, and well-organized. She can multitask under pressure. She has provided exceptional technical assistance to resolve critical financial and administrative bottlenecks.
