Responsibilities include managing material and parts, ensuring organization between new, damaged, or old parts; Flange management and maintenance on all components, not limited to turbine, is associated with successful start-up operation which includes auxiliaries of fuel, oil, firefighting system, hydraulic/pneumatic starter, etc.; Performing maintenance to get turbine in EPA guidelines for emissions specifications; Troubleshoot alarms, issues from enclosure temperatures, vibrations, loss of oil, high consumption of oil, mismatch of variable stator vanes, etc.; Maintenance checks conducted accordingly with hours of operation, including borescope inspection to determine serviceability limit, root-cause-analysis of unexpected failures, and preventative measures needed; Experience and knowledge not limited to GE's LM25+G4 SAC/DLE but with European equipment made by Nuovo Pignone, High Speed Power Turbine.
