Formulas.

· Make deductions from formulas.

· Scan formula by bulk and archive them by month.

· Print formulas required by both manufacturing departments and make a pick list, (When the position is not occupied and my colleague needs help).

Water Testing and Micro Test.

· Properly take water samples from manufacturing A and B, send them to a laboratory twice a week, and the TOC water test once a month, which follows different procedures.

· Properly take the sample for micro testing from both manufacturing departments and send them to a laboratory.

Inventory.

· Verify raw materials physically in both manufacturing departments A and B, update quantity in stock and location in inventory.

Approving raw materials whenever the role is not occupied.

· This includes physically sampling each separate lot of the raw material upon arrival and testing the necessary specifications, such as pH, appearance, odor, color, and viscosity.

· Perform analysis to verify that the raw materials are within the range corresponding to the COA sent by the vendor.

· Make documentation of each raw material for specific batches.

· Identify the samples and store in the laboratory sample for standard of each raw materials.

· Create an approval label to attach to each raw material received to be taken to the destination location.

Help the laboratory when required.

· Calibrate both pH meters and document results.

· Make pH to products, this includes pH, appearance, odor, color, and viscosity, depending on which product is being evaluated.

· Make labels for standard products.
