Work History

Optical Brand Manager

Stanton Optical
12.2016 - Current

I took over store 0067 La Mesa in May of 2023. The store at the time was down 5.7% YTD. It had an APS of 226 DPA $68.00 EO's 12.2% Remakes 10.9% Swg 28.6% Discounts 16.1% and a high turn around of refunds. I lost the SM at the time due to a internal Transfer. I Fired and hired to make the changes I need for the store. I brought in 2 part time DT's. Promoted the ASM to SM and Hired an external ASM and SC. We turned the store around with some coaching/Development and mange to finish the Year strong even though we faced some challenges with staffing. It's all about hiring the right people and who you have on you side to achieve theses goals. We ended YTD 1.0% APS $237 DPA $66 EO's 11.8% Remakes 10.6% Swing 28.9% Discounts 14% CSAT 93% My Personal Net sales were 228,796.23 with an APS $258.25 I strongly believe us as Brand Managers have to lead ny example. A Team is only a strong or successful as it's weakest or least successful member. I would like to be given this opportunity to lead this store to success.
