As a FSQA Specialist a have to perform a variety of duties. My morning starts by checking by emails to get informed of any issues from that occur outside my work hours since I'm the only specialist on the department to determine if the correct procedures have been followed of if there are additional steps to follow. I cross reference to see which emails have been followed and completed and which ones still need to be address and prioritizing important matters first and work my down. Then I created a QA team community email with all the holds, events, follow-up, reminders, recognitions that happened the previous day in all shifts. Then I get with the 3rd shift productions supervisors, manager, QA tech and ware supervisors and ask how day was there, if they have any concerns, follow up with them on any documentation errors or questions that they may have a then follow with my agenda for the day.

Inspect mushrooms rooms beds for bacteria grow. Remove any mushroom fungus grow and added powder to eliminate the grow of bacteria. Disposed of all bacteria at the end of the workday clean and sanitize equipment.
