Personal Background

I began working in the hotel industry while in university as a hospitality student who majored in culinary arts. I've gained tremendous knowledge and skill while working for upscale luxury hotels in the Philippines and the US by being exposed first-hand to food and beverage positions. It is my ultimate goal to attain the position of Food and Beverage Director in an international luxury hotel and to be able to mentor the next generation of hoteliers.
