Provide Direct Patient Care such as assisting with bathing, eating, dressing and walking with patient

Turn and reposition patient to prevent bedsores

Change Bed linen Record amount of oral intake and urine output

Collect specimens for tests

Supply and empty bedpans

Transport patients and equipments as needed
