• COVID - 19, flu, RSV testing, which includes the following tasks: preparing buffer for samples, preparing master mix, transferring samples to the plate with the master mix, centrifuging, placing the plate into the PCR machines, and obtaining result.
• I have experience with STI testing, which involves DNA extraction from urine, swabs, and dry blood spots. I have worked on STI select test, which includes various targets, as well as the sing tube assay.
• I work with BIO RED PCR and Thermo fisher 7 pro PCR
• I have experience with a urine analyzer. I perform monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance. I also run machine calibration and controls.

My dunite was to prepare samples for sequencing.

One project was about the people that have fraternal twins and identical. This tendency we can see only in one village. We were looking for the reason of that phenomenon. Therefor, we were seeking of mutation in genome of this people that can be a reason of this phenomenon.

One more project where I worked, it was bees project. We examined bees from Puerto Rico. The main goal was found out where are from these bees, therefor we compared genes of bees from Puerto Rico with bees from Africa and Europe.
