  • As a lead customer development associate I worked as a loan officer in our customer development department. As a lead I was responsible for taking over 80+ inbound and outbound calls to assist potential new members with their loan applications everyday. I was also responsible for educating our potential new members in all aspects of our loans including educating them on all fees, Annual percentage rates, origination costs, monthly terms available, daily accrued interest, and different types of loans available.
  • As a lead I was responsible for maintaining high performance expectations and adherence as well as training and assisting all agents/associates on my team to help them reach target goals each month as well as assist them in adhering to metrics.
  • My monthly loan issuance amount was between $750,000 to $1,000,000 every month, I also maintained a schedule adherence of 95% or higher each month, as well as maintaining 100% survey scores from our members every month
  • As a Virtual Bank Associate I handle callback and member escalations as needed.
