Created and opened studio to teach children of ages 4-10

painting, collage, mosaics with groups of children including "All Day Sunday Programs." Taught over a thousand community members over the course of twenty years.

This position included creating budgeted or sophisticated, customed, detailed birthday parties and Bat Mitzvas.

Created all craft projects. This includes scheduling group activities, purchasing supplies, and hiring and managing staff. Created a space where children can come and express themselves through art. I was the initiator of after camp programs. Started "Friday Drop Off" programming.

Sundays were devoted to developing and implementing theme birthday parties, morning noon, and night all directed by myself.

• Consulted with customers to assess needs and propose optimal solutions.
• Trained and motivated employees to perform daily business functions.
• Put together realistic budgets based upon costs and fees for successfully operating business.
• Oversaw business budget planning and administration, accounting functions, purchasing and bi-weekly payroll to handle financial needs.

Created an after camp program in Deal, New Jersey for multiple age groups. Program held in store fronts. Program

consisted of either arts and crafts, baking, accesory design, scrapbooking for ages 4 through 10. Cookies and Crafts held birthday parties of which I was the sole director. Taught over 1000 children. Program hours were 3pm to 10 pm.

Organized groups, counselors, life guards, baking teachers,

swimming instructors, sports instructors with a staff of over 25 young adults. Worked from Oakhurst County Day Camp for pre camp and post camp activities. This included

coordinating pick up and drop off, lunch and snacks, and a full day of camp, 9 to 4.
