In addition to scheduling visits, I also monitor the progress of the service and advise necessary personnel if a scheduled service needs to be rescheduled. If a committed schedule is running past the time given to the customer, I inform them and provide an updated timeline for the service to be completed. In summary, as a service dispatcher, I am responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best service possible. I do this by analyzing problems, scheduling visits efficiently, and monitoring progress to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
