With the goal of self-improvement to achieve work/ life balance, I enjoy exploring monthly opportunities locally in nature and music that encompass balance, strength, and mindfulness towards general well-being and community connection. I enjoy volunteering with my daughter's Girl Scout troop and at our HOA seasonal events where I conduct yoga and storytime outside of contributing to serving and setup/ tear down of decor for the events.
