• I was in charge of Design, selection of finishes, procurement and construction supervision for 3 projects.

After being promoted, my main responsibility was to be project manager of special projects due to the high profile nature of the clients and/or the project’s size. Mostly these were High end residential projects – Yacht space and interior design projects, in Miami, Vail and Chicago. Responsibilities included:
· Design development, coordination and production of construction documents and interior documents sets.
· Materials. fixtures and finishes selection, FF&E books, specification and purchases. As well as coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
· Create and maintain schedules and budgets to keep all projects on track.
· Design custom furniture and millwork as needed. Review and comment shop drawings submitted by vendors.
· Supervise and direct render production of proposed designs.
· Produce design boards for client presentations.
· Site visit to assure projects accuracy and quality.
· Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and different subcontractors and consultants depending on project.
· In case of Yachts, I was in charge of space planning, presentations, coordination between yard’s specifications and naval architect comments. Research of latest materials, fixtures and trends in the yacht industry
