
I am seeking a property management position where I can leverage my skills in organization, customer service,a and administrative support to maintain and enhance property operatations.
-Provide and assisting elderly with daily activities
-Running errands and picking up medications
-Monitoring the care recipient's health and reporting any concerns
-Following care plans provided by doctors and social worker
-Ensuring the home environment is safe and free from hazards
-Supervise and support Eligibility Workers responsible for determining eligibility for Foster Care
-Review and approve case determinations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and county regulations
-Provide training and guidance to staff on eligibility policies and procedures
-Prepare reports, maintain records, and participate in audits or quality assurance reviews.
-Supervise daily operations to ensure the facility is clean, safe and running smoothly
-Inspect play equipment and ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly
-Train staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures
-Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees
-Create a positive, team-oriented work environment
-Greet and assist customers, handle questions and complains professionally
